We are an architects practice working across a range of sectors including: domestic/home extensions; traditional and contemporary new build houses. Commercial architectural projects include apartments, cafe and restaurants, education, offices, multi-dwelling residential, retail new build and extensions, and social sector schemes.

Enquiry via email and website forms

When inquiring about our company and our work, we collect personal information from you to help fulfil your enquiry. We may collect information like your:

We share this personal information with Squarespace, our online hosting provider so that they can provide website services to us. It is necessary to read and store your correspondence so that we can respond appropriately.

Emails: Updates and marketing

If you have signed up to our online mailing list, we may send you updates and marketing emails. We share your contact information with our email marketing providers Squarespace & Mailchimp so they can send these emails on our behalf. We may collect information like your:

  • Name

  • Email address

Signing up to our online mailing list is done via a double opt-in system. Your actions to fulfil the sign-up process gives us your active consent. You can, of course, at any time unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.

Emails: online store orders (not currently active)

We may email you with important messages about your online order or recent account activity. For example, we may send you an email to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a new Customer Account

  • Your Account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase from our online store

  • Your order has now been posted.

Because these are legitimate business communications, it’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with our website hosting provider Squarespace, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

Emails: correspondence

We may also send you individual emails via Google Gmail or Ionos (1&1) our email service providers. It is, of course, necessary for us to read and store any message you send to us, so that we can respond to them, in an appropriate manner. These are regarded as legitimate interests correspondence.
