Working within the constraints of a tight site and budget, we have design a modern yet approachable building in a great semi-rural location.

Background: Spacestudio were appointed as architects for this scheme in 2013. The architectural design went thought several concepts during the initial stages as we explored the design possibilities for our client.

We worked hard to produced a design that met our clients commercial and aesthetic requirements. Once happy, we then submitted the scheme on behalf of the client for planning, which was the subsequently approved. Construction has now started and the apartments are now on the market.
